Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-5 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays ). Once you order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays

• DressTooKill is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather disruptions, lost packages, or unforeseen transit issues ONECE THE PACKAGE HAVE BEEN SHIPPED.

Incorrect Address Policy

• Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing order . Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

DressTooKill is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address or incomplete address provided by the customer. If any order is returned due to an address error , additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
