Shipping policy

Processing Time 

•  All orders are processed within 2-5 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays ). Once you order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  

Shipping Delays 

• DressTooKill is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather disruptions, lost packages, or unforeseen transit issues ONECE THE PACKAGE HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. 

Incorrect Address Policy 

• Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing order . Once an order has been shipped we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

 

• DressTooKill is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address or incomplete address provided by the customer. If any order is returned due to an address error , additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
